Nationally famous Golf Architect, Willard Byrd designed this Par 72 treasure that opened in 1992. This immaculate golf course offers both a challenge to the low handicap player for a competitive round, and the fairness for the average golfer, thus  offering a fun and relaxing environment for all.

First, thank you for your hospitality. My wife, son, and I decided to enjoy spring break in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina. We are members of Sycamore Hills Country Club in Ft Wayne, Indiana, one of the top private clubs in the state. Interestingly, my son, Nate researched the area golf courses, and the ridges appeared to be a good choice, however we were a bit apprehensive as the green fees were so low. Please don’t mis-interpret my apprehension, as we love the great value, but I often use green fees as a barometer of quality. “Wow”, were we pleasantly surprised. The Ridges presents a very playable layout, from the quality of the infrastructure, (club house, greens, cart paths, stone work, and golf course design) are very impressive. Holes 4,7,8,11,12,15,17, and 18 were quite memorable. In short, you have a gem and with the TLC and attention to detail in all areas of the club that is in place, you truly have a spectacular value. We appreciate the opportunity to play at the Ridges, and will definitely return in the future.
